So, today a friend of mine is getting married. And based on his facebook posts he is very much looking forward to it. Sometime ago I did a what not to play on a wedding list, but for this occassion I looked for some great songs that actually can be (or should be) played at a wedding.
But since I know the groom from going out and partying, I can not stick only to traditional wedding music, there must be something to dance to as well. But how to choose between all this great music? Well, why not choose, and make a double list today. Hope you have a great day Rick & Petra!
1. Marvin Gaye – How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)
2. Stevie Wonder – You are the sunshine of my life
3. BB King – Stand by me
4. Al Green – Let’s Get Married
5. Dave Barnes- Good Day For Marrying You
6. Etta James – At Last
7. Colbie Caillat – I Do
8. James Brown – It’s Man’s Man’s World
9. Jason Mraz – I’m Yours
10. Bill Medley, Jennifer Warnes – (I’ve Had) The Time Of My Life
OK, let’s put the dancing shoes on now and move on. Can’t get enough of this music, then have a look at the Valentine Trance Special I posted earlier. I kept this list on the trance side of dance, I could not think of any hardhouse wedding songs 😉
